 Set to coincide with the 2008 MLS Cup championship game, the St. Louis Subbuteo League will host the 2008 Major League Subbuteo Cup in Crystal City, MO on Saturday, November 22nd 2008. On Sunday there will be the first official Landycakes Universal Championship held in the morning followed by a viewing party of the 2008 MLS Cup game on the new 100” screen at the PALACE.

 The 2008 Brick Tamland Celebrity Classic took place on Saturday, March 29 at Trinity High School in St. Louis. 23 players from 7 states took part in one of the ASA's largest tournaments in recent years. Along with some of the ASA's top players, the tournament attracted 4 newcomers to the game from St. Louis, playing their first competitive matches.

Re-scheduled to this weekend to allow more participants, the Lake Effect Trophy lost three entrants at the eleventh hour as this year's nasty flu bug took its toll on the new MiSTFA members in Tecumseh, just outside Detroit.

Image is everything, right? Well, no, image isn’t everything- no matter what Andre Agassi says. However, the IMAGE is EVERYTHING subbuteo tournament in St. Louis is pretty much everything you could want in a table soccer event. The SLSL is proud to announce the 2nd annual IMAGE is EVERYTHING tournament, scheduled for Saturday, June 14th.
