rolling ranking is the top 5 Open (points) results plus any National
Championship Open result over a 12 month moving window. i.e. July 06 to
July 07. The rolling ranking is the ranking to use for seeding
players at ASA Open tournaments.

The Points Championship Race is the top 5
Open (points) results for each player during the current season of play
plus each player's result at the National Championship Open.
